Product Overview

TLV ThermoDyne A3N/AF3N series steam trap is a thermodynamic disc type product equipped with a thermostatic air vent, specifically designed for steam mains, tracing systems, and coil-type heat exchangers. The product features a steam jacket design that effectively reduces valve cycling during no-load conditions. Combined with a precision-ground disc and bimetallic ring air vent, it achieves fast startup, reliable sealing, eliminates "air binding" issues, and incorporates a built-in large flow area strainer that significantly reduces failure rates and extends service life.
