About Valves Go

It started with a frustration. Back in 2015, our founders—engineers who had spent years specifying valves for industrial projects—kept running into the same problem: finding a supplier who actually understood what they needed.

Too many vendors were just order-takers. They'd quote the cheapest option without asking about operating conditions. They'd promise fast delivery, then go silent when problems arose. And authenticity? That was often a gamble.

So we built the company we wished existed.

We started small—a warehouse in Shanghai, a handful of steam trap models, and a commitment to doing things right. No shortcuts on sourcing. No guessing on technical specs. Just honest answers and reliable products.

Word spread. Engineers started recommending us to colleagues. One project led to another. Today, we work with customers across 30+ countries, supplying everything from basic ball valves to specialized cryogenic equipment.

What hasn't changed is how we work:
