Swagelok 6LVV-DPFR4-P1-C is a 316L VIM-VAR ultrahigh-purity (UHP) diaphragm-sealed valve designed for high-purity system needs. This straight pattern valve features 1/4 in. face seal (metal gasket) female VCR fittings, a normally closed (NC) actuator, and undergoes special SC-11 cleaning and packaging.
