Yoshitake BSV-10S and BSV-10ST stainless steel bellows globe valves feature a double-seal design and PTFE gasket, ideal for steam, air, and hydrogen applications.

Yoshitake BSV-10S and BSV-10ST stainless steel bellows valves are designed to advance hydrogen and decarbonized society applications. They feature SUS316 and PTFE wetted parts, making them highly reliable for corrosive fluid applications and various fluids used in hydrogen production processes. The valves utilize a PTFE-based bonnet gasket specifically engineered for hydrogen leak prevention.
The series provides two selectable valve seat options to meet different operational requirements:

Operation Guidelines

| Trouble | Cause | Remedy |
|---|---|---|
| Leakage from between body and bonnet | Stress relief of gasket. | Tighten the bolt additionally. If leakage does not stop, replace the product. |
| Leakage from the gland packing part | Damage of the bellows. | Tighten the gland nut. Then, replace the product immediately. |
| Leakage from valve/seat on complete closing | 1. Valve/seat are damaged. 2. Foreign matter caught. | 1. Replace the product with new one. 2. Remove the foreign substance. |
| Operation torque of handle is abnormally large | 1. Poor lubrication of the sleeve. 2. Foreign substance stuck on spindle/screw. | 1. Apply grease to the sleeve. 2. Remove the foreign substance. |
