BURKERT 20107494 Type 3320 Electromotive 2/2-Way Angle Seat Valve

Bürkert Type 3320 electromotive 2/2-way angle seat valve features rapid flow shut-off up to 6 mm/s, IP65/IP67 protection, and an optional SAFEPOS energy-pack for safety positions.

BURKERT 20107494 Type 3320 Electromotive 2/2-Way Angle Seat Valve

Bürkert Type 3320 electromotive 2/2-way angle seat valve provides shut-off capabilities under demanding operating conditions. The electromotive actuator features a ball screw that moves the swivel plate at speeds up to 6 mm/s. The valve incorporates a closed design with a powder-coated aluminum actuator housing and a stainless steel CF3M valve body, meeting IP65/IP67 and NEMA 4X protection standards. A self-adjusting packing gland with exchangeable PTFE V-seals maintains tightness and extends service life.

SAFEPOS energy-pack

The optional SAFEPOS energy-pack provides a safety starting position in case of power interruption. The desired position (open, closed, or any intermediate position) is set via the menu. The energy storage device is fully charged and ready for operation after a maximum of 120 seconds.

Product Design

BURKERT 20107494 Bürkert Type 3320 AG2 electromotive valve design

The electromotive linear drive consists of a brushless DC motor, a gear, and a spindle system that transfers the force to the closing element. The integrated control electronics are controlled either by standard signals or via a fieldbus (digital). A clearly visible 360° LED ring is attached to the blind cover to indicate the device status, the valve end position, and the operating state.

Maintenance and Service

Risk of injury from high pressure

Before working on the system or device, switch off the pressure and vent or drain lines. Never run the X.TUNE function under medium pressure, as this will result in an uncontrolled process.

Changing the Swivel Plate Set

BURKERT 20107494 Bürkert Type 3320 changing the swivel plate set

  1. Support the swivel plate on the cylindrical part using a prism.
  2. Knock out the dowel pin using a suitable pin punch (3 mm for spindle diameter 10 mm; 5 mm for spindle diameter 14 mm).
  3. Remove the swivel plate.
  4. Place the new swivel plate on the spindle and align the holes.
  5. Position the dowel pin and carefully knock it in using a hammer, centering it relative to the spindle axis.
