Burkert Type 6524 (Model 204710) 2x3/2-way pneumatic solenoid valve. Features 4.0mm orifice, 24V DC, 2.5-10 bar pressure range, and manual override.

BURKERT Type 6524 (Model 204710) is a 2 × 3/2-way solenoid valve designed for pneumatic applications. The 2 × 3/2-way valve variant is a combination of two pilot flipper solenoid valves Type 6144 and one pneumatic seat valve. The flipper action system allows the switching of high pressures combined with low power consumption and short switching times.

This compact valve features a 4.0 mm orifice, operates on 24V DC, and handles a pressure range of 2.5 to 10 bar. It is equipped with a manual override as standard, facilitating easy testing and maintenance.

Circuit function C (CF C) - 2 × 3/2-way solenoid valve Servo-controlled, with manual override, normally closed.

The following dimensional drawing applies to the standard 2 × 3/2-way variant (dimensions in mm).

The 2 × 3/2-way variant is assembled using two pilot controls and a shared pneumatic seat valve body.

Safety Instructions
To operate the valve manually, turn the manual override 90° in the direction of the arrow. This puts the valve into the switched state. The valve remains fixed in the switched state until the manual override is turned back to its original position.
For the double valve 2x3/2-way, the upper manual override switches output 2(A) while the lower manual override switches output 4(B).

Electrical Installation Note
Observe the type plate information on voltage, electrical power, and current type. At 100% duty cycle and maximum ambient temperature, the coil heats up to approx. +105 °C in single assembly and to approx. +120 °C in block assembly.
