The 20100157 configuration features a 3.00 mm orifice, PEEK body, FKM seals, and G 1/4 threaded connections, operating on 24 V DC.

Temperature Limit

The maximum body temperature must not exceed +110 °C. In continuous operation, ensure sufficient heat dissipation (convection) on the metal surface of the valve. The valve must not be cycled during flushing cycles.

Installation and Operating Conditions

Fluidic Installation

Install a dirt trap in the direction of the current before the valve (recommended mesh width 5 μm). For nominal diameter 3 or 4 with G 1/8 threaded connection, ensure that the screw connections have a sufficiently large cross-section.

Block Structure Limits

For circuit functions T and B, specific pressure range restrictions apply in block structures depending on the width per station and duty cycle. Minimum permitted width per station is 18.5 mm.

Electrical Installation

The correct polarity is a prerequisite for the function of the valve. The connection between the stranded housing and the square connector is designed as a non-detachable connection. Ensure that the stranded housing is firmly locked into the square connector during installation.
